ABOUT US

Brisbane Indian Times is Queensland's first FREE full colour Multicultural newspaper. The newspaper was officially launched by Lord Mayor of Redcliffe Cr Allan Boulton on 24th September 2003. The aim of the newspaper is to provide balanced multicultural reporting, with emphasis on local events.

15000 free copies are distributed monthly with an estimated readership of 35000. The distribution covers all of Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Northern Queensland, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland N.Z. and Fiji. Most of our distributors are listed on the Distribution Outlets page in the paper and on our website; please check for you nearest distributor.

With community interest at heart, Brisbane Indian Times provides a free community contacts section and a free upcoming events section.

To recognize the efforts of individuals and businesses Brisbane Indian Times introduced and hosts the prestigious annual Multicultural Awards Night.
